Code §101-21- 5 members- “Each appointment shall be for a three-year term. A person shall be permitted to serve two consecutive three-year terms and may not be appointed for a further term until at least one year has passed since the end of his second consecutive term.”
This board shall hear appeals of housing code enforcement, regulation, and interpretation of the code’s provisions.
